Now that amex plat travel is devalued, where should I move my spends - DCB metal or axis Atlas?

My grocery expenses are through Tata neu infinity card. I can also get HSBC travel one card. This year, I believe my spends would be very limited due to change in location. Suggest me best strategy to maximise the returns.
